Raw Food Lessons

Raw foods are often easier to prepare than cooked dishes! The ingredients used are healthier and simple to work with- just see for yourself!

Aliza shows us how to make quick and easy Raw Chocolate:

Raw Chocolate

1/2 c. Coconut Butter

1/4 c. Cacao Powder

1/4 c. Agave Nectar

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Pinch Himalayan Crystal Salt

We sell most of the ingredients here at Judahlicious.  If you’re not in the area,  all of the ingredients used can be found at your local health food store.

Again, this is just a very basic recipe. You can use another kind of nut or seed butter as a base if you would like. You can get really creative with you’re flavorings as well. Add a little mint or raspberry puree for flavor. Let us know what wonderful creations you come up with! Enjoy :)
